Terms of Service

1. Account Terms

By creating an account on VeScout, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. VeScout cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

2. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

  • Starter Plan: $99/month — for small teams getting started
  • Growth Plan: $249/month — for scaling recruiting operations
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing — contact sales
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice to your registered email

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VeScout for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. Specifically, you must not:

  • Use the platform to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Violate any applicable employment laws or regulations
  • Store or process data in violation of GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations

4. Intellectual Property

The service and all materials therein, including software, images, text, graphics, logos, and icons, are the property of Inevitable AI Group or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload to VeScout
  • You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the service
  • AI-generated content (job descriptions, screening summaries) is provided for your use but carries no warranty of accuracy
  • You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeScout and Inevitable AI Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the service
  • AI-generated recommendations or decisions made based on platform output
  • Any other matter relating to the service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

  • Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
  • You may request an export of your data before account deletion
  • We may terminate accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 months
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of VeScout after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
